So,Just follow these steps on a qualifying smartphone:

1. Download & Open MyJio App from Play Store.
2. Tap on Get Jio SIM on the Banner.
3. Tap on Agree & Get Jio offer.
4. Select your location from the drop down.
5. Read through the steps and click on Next.
6. Offer Code can be viewed on the screen. Take screenshot of your offered barcode
7. After taking screenshot get that barcode print on paper and 2 photographs and your aadhaar card photocopy and visit a jio store around your location 
8. Submit all the documents and you will get a jio sim 

After getting sim it may take 1 week to activate,after 5-6 days just put your sim in 4g slot and change network to 4g lte or preffered,once network appears your sim is ready for activation, Call 1977 from another reliance sim(reliance sim is important for calling, because all other operators didn't connect call on jio helpline) after your call is pickuped Tell the mobile no.
